Google Chromebook and Workspace

Digital knowledge isn’t just a ‘nice to have’ for learners; it’s an essential element that empowers students to harness the power of new technologies on their learning journey. DDECS is proud to support its students with the secure online learning environment “Google Workspace for Education”. Each student is assigned a chromebook to safely access their google classroom, assignments, email and files.

Promethean Board

Promethean Boards are interactive whiteboards found in each classroom at DDECS, used to enhance teaching and learning. They support touch interaction, digital writing, and multimedia presentations, and enable collaboration and interactive activities that make lessons more engaging.

DDECS - New Student Registration

Register a new student at DDECS School. We work with students to learn about history, culture and identity from our Elders. We provide outdoor education for students, integrating traditional skills and teachings.

Delores D. Echum Composite School is located in the Indigenous community of Moose Factory, Ontario, Canada. This school provides education primarily for high school students and serves the Moose Cree First Nation and surrounding communities.
